Our locker system allows users to open, exchange, and release lockers completely independently. Lockers can be assigned via, for example, the smartphone, via an (RFID) card on the locker, or at a terminal. The options are very extensive and we are happy to adjust these to the wishes of your organization.
The automatic allocation is all without the intervention of your facility team, but you can see at any time which lockers are being used by which user.

Electronic lockers ensure all unused lockers are always locked. The advantage: an unused locker cannot be used as a waste container and the contents of the locker can always be traced to the person who last used it (via the log files). When using a locker, a reminder notification can be sent to an email or smartphone of the user if the door is left open by accident.
In the event of an unauthorized opening, a notification can also be sent to the user and/or a central facility team. Data is also stored securely and GDPR-proof in the cloud or at your location.
